    Special issue of this journal is "Looking back the 10 years of anti-sex trafficking act". To deliver this issue there are 3 articles dealing with this issue: the first article is political suggestion for deliver women"s rights and emerging argument tool, the second article is reconsideration of prosecution and prevention part of the anti-sex trafficking act, and the last article is issues of sex trafficking in past 10 years.

    Women"s Human Rights Korea published Anti-sex trafficking film collection from the 2013 anti-sex trafficking film contest to spread the awareness on anti-sex trafficking with the use of media as a medium to make easy approach to public. It has two short films with the message of anti-sex trafficking and it can also be used for the educational material for anti-sex trafficking training.

  • Women Women"s Human Rights Vol. 10

    The Women"s Human Rights volume 10 focuses on the strategies of rehabilitation plan for sex trafficking victims. To measure it, it emphasizes on anti-sex trafficking policy and rehabilitation project, the actual condition of the project aiming at economic rehabilitation for sex trafficking victims and seeking for sustain strategies for rehabilitation support on sex trafficking victims.

  • Women Women"s Human Rights Vol. 9

    The main theme of the Women"s Human Rights volume 9 is globalization of sex tourism. To demonstrates its arguments the journal focuses on the meaning of the sex tourism in globalized world, locational character of Southeast Asia and sex tourism pointing Thailand and Philippines, and South Korean sex tourism and law against it.

    This source book is for the 2013 Anti-sex trafficking Policy forum held in December 19, 2013 which aims to seek strategies on support plan for sex trafficking victims in overseas. The resource book contains presentations materials from 3 organizations with the title of "Building networks between working groups in South Korea and Australia to support the sex trafficking victims", "Research on actual condition of South Korean sex trafficking victims in United State and building networkings", "Projects on supporting victims of trafficking victims in Southeast Asia".

    This annual report, written in English, aims to report an achievements that the Korean society has made for the eradication of commercial sexual exploitation against women and major related issues that have been spotlighted up to date. It is expected to be used as sources to strengthen an international cooperation and build a global network. In addition, it publishes major activities and programs that Women"s Human Rights Commission of Korea has carried out and their outcomes.

    To understand the causes and structure of transnational prostitution and look for the measures, Womens Human Rights Vol. 7 focuses on the sex-trafficking issues. Specifically, it addresses the features of sex trafficking process of South Korean women, the situation they encounter in foreign countries and supporting conditions for those victims. To share the best practices in another country, we introduce Max Waltmans study on potential influence of Swedish anti-prostitution laws. it also contains the interview with two people; Ben Kaye, the librettist of Anya 18 which is first opera treating sex-trafficking issues in the world; Youngshim Song, the Executive Director of Haenaem Counseling center in Jeju.     The main theme of the Womens Human Rights volume 8 is industrial prostitution in Korean society. It covers the historical background, emergence, and evolvement of industrial prostitution and its recent condition. Especially, it carries Yukiko Tsunodas study, The Conditions of and Legal Controls on Prostitution in Japan to examine Japanese situation. Two interviews are conducted with Ms. Kim Sang-Hee, the chair of the Gender Equality and Family Committee of National Assembly of Korea and Ms. Won Mi-Hye, the executive director of Neulpureun Womens Center in Seoul Metropolitan government. Two book reviews and a film criticism are also treated in this issue.     WHRCK develops the cartoon movie titled <Part Time Job? (8 minutes 28 seconds)> for prostitution prevention education in schools. The film describes the story of two ordinary girls who seek the part time job and almost are induced to prostitution. Particularly, a guidebook offers to teachers relevant information regarding prostitution for planning prostitution prevention education. Language: Korean

    It aims to provide the useful information regarding the prostitution and sex-trafficking conditions in Asia-Pacific region. This source book contains the recent prostitution and sex-trafficking conditions, related governmental responses, and their support systems for prostituted and trafficked victims in 5 countries including in the US, Japan, Canada, Korea, and Australia.     It is a symposium resource of International Symposium on Prevention of Sex Trafficking in 2012 which was held on June 5. The topic of the symposium is "Victimization of South Korean Women Victims and Strategies against Sex Trafficking." Professor Sheila Jeffreys from University of Melbourne discusses the co-relations among human trafficking, prostitution, and sex inequality through "Prostitution and the traffic in women as an obstacle to sex equality". Professor Lee Na Young from Chung Ang University addresses the process of sex trafficking. Kathleen Davis of Polaris Project US, Kelly Hinton of Project Respect, Fujiwara Shihoko of Polaris Project Japan, and Nim Yu explain South Korean women victims" situation in each country and their support system.     Womens Human Rights Commission of Korea publishes annual report to provide an overview of the anti-prostitution activities in South Korea for eradicating commercial sexual exploitation against women. It covers WHRCKs year-round researches and projects as well as the major issues of the year. We hope that this report used as a platform to share our experience with WHRCKs global partners and strengthen the solidarity in all around the world for combating prostitution.
